I highly recommend Don’s Complete Auto Service. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff treated me with honesty, respect, and professionalism. What really sets this shop apart is their knowledge and experience. Unlike some large corporate repair chains that seem more interested in selling unnecessary services, the team at Don’s took the time to properly diagnose my vehicle, explain the issue clearly, and provide the right solution. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work. If you’re looking for trustworthy mechanics who know what they’re doing and put customer satisfaction first, this is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. I will definitely be returning and recommending you to family and friends!

I have taken my car to other shops before Don's and was very disappointed. I called my AAA when my car broke down and they requested Don's Complete Auto Service. My car was taken there and Don, Neil, Woody and Luis have been great with me and my car. They explain everything, break down all the prices, and even gave me suggestions and opinions. If you tell them not to do something he will not do it. They accommodate and respect you and your decisions. I appreciate and recommend Don's Complete Auto Service 1000%. My Family and Friends bring their cars here regularly. Great Job Don's Complete Auto Service.

Don’s Complete auto repair service is amazing!! They are kind and very helpful! I have worked with them for years, along with my mother and grandmother. They are very understanding and trustworthy people, not many can say that. They are reliable and give you the advice you need! Thank you Luis and Neil for all your hard work and all the laborers that work at Don’s!!!

Hands down the best mechanic you will find in the area! When I moved here four years ago, my Honda had just approached her midlife crisis and required numerous repairs. Finding a reliable mechanic is no easy task, and I've had to learn it the hard way. It wasn't until I discovered Don and his team that I could finally feel at ease and with confidence, knowing that my baby is in good hands every time she acts up. Don's Complete Auto Care is my go-to for everything auto related, from routine maintenance to major repairs – they had been there for me, above and beyond, all at a fair price. Thanks guys ❤️ Cannot recommend highly enough!

I took my car here because I didn’t like the work Pep Boys had done. This shop is incredibly honest and understanding. He understood my issue, gave me suggestions and was honest about pricing. I appreciated his time and opinions. I would 1000% recommend this shop. My friends pretty regularly use here as well.
